    Dear ABC Owners,

As you know both the Aruba Beach Club Resort and Casa Del Mar Beach Resort are continuously working together on shared projects for the benefit of our members. Hereby we kindly inform you that as of January 1st, 2019 we will have a Joint ABC/ CDM Handicap Parking Agreement in place.

All HP parking spaces in the Aruba Beach Club and Casa del Mar Resorts parking lots may be occupied only by our disabled owners and/or guests after registering at the Front Desk of your respective Resort, and complying with the following rules.

U.S. Citizens must present their certified USA Handicap placard to the Front Desk, who will call Security.
Security will proceed to register the owner or guest; recording all pertinent information for Resort files.
Security will then issue a numbered ABC/ CDM Handicap Parking Permit to the respective owner or guest.
The ABC/ CDM Handicap Parking placard is valid for using a Reserved Handicap Parking space in both parking lots of the Aruba Beach Club or Casa del Mar Resorts.
If for any reason when checking out of the Resort, the ABC/ CDM Handicap Parking placard is not returned at the Front Desk, a fee of US$5 will be charged to the guest’s room bill and to be paid upon check out.
If any private vehicle or rental vehicle is parked illegally in an ABC/ CDM Handicap Parking space without a visible official ABC/ CDM Handicap Parking placard, a “No Parking” sticker will be pasted on the driver’s window side. The tag number will be recorded and checked against the in-house guests list of tag numbers. If the offending party is in-house, a letter will be sent to the guest, advising that they are in violation of Resort policy and subject to a fine and/ or expulsion from the Association.
Please do not hesitate to contact our chief security, Mr. Donald Pieters, via e-mail at should you have any questions in regards to this agreement.

    Warm Regards,

ABC Board of Directors & Management
