I am selling all four of my weeks in room 250. Price is $3500 each, plus 1/2 the transfer fee (I will split it with you). First use is next year – 2026. I will not sell a middle week and leave a gap between weeks… If you want 37, you must buy 36 and 37, etc. If sale occurs before 10/31/2025 buyer pays maintenance directly to the resort. If sale occurs after 10/31 buyer reimburses maintenance fee to me.
