I do not need to know personal issues. I need to know what is being spent on a GM who was just hired & then relieved of duties. Who will handle things in her absent & how much more is this going to cost. With a renovation going on a GM is important. Do not need to know personal issues, but financial issue should be a concern. Since we will be paying for this we do deserve an answer. She worked what only 3mths at most. Going forward we should have something in a contract to prevent us from these cost.
Brings to mind the restaurant. We gave Ricardo everything he wanted. Then he left. He was the reason for the additional cost. Maybe a clause that if it was to be absentee management that in addition to rent they would be responsible for repaying some of the cost. This should be pro rated based on time. When I saw that he was opening the OAK I thought it would be difficult for him to give the attention to ABC that it deserves.
