    Am I the only person having a problem trying to access the member weekly meeting minutes for weeks 34 & 35? This seems to be the second time within the last week that the minutes were trying to post but failed. Can we get some help please?

    I paid my 2023-2024 dues by mail to the US lock-box (Florida address) in early September and used the portal to pay the guest of member fee. There were no additional charges to process them this way.

    Shoco is correct. below is an extract from the weekly minutes for week 43, posted to the bulletin board on Nov 13th.:

    Carole Berrotte #226: When is the rest of the furniture arriving? I know there were some that were supposed to be coming from China, that’s what Capital Vacations told us.
    Mr. Langbaum: The furniture is all custom made in the States, the Carolinas. There was a slight debate as to what colors we wanted and what type of material we should use. Custom furniture takes a very long time; we made it onto the schedule to be made for the first quarter of next year. It’s going to take a couple of months to make the furniture, then it’s got to be put on a boat, make its way through the waters and go through customs when it gets here so the process is long.

    ABC should not be in the business of renting rooms but servicing its membership. If you choose to assist the membership by providing a rental service then charge those that choose to use the service the fee. A private rental between an owner-member and a private party is just that. If members choose not to use the web site forms than charge them for your service.
