It will cost the club if this was constructed without the required government permits and if it was not approved by the government. The members would be out the money that would be spent to demolish the structure and for the money already spent to design and construct it.
It is hard to understand how the current and future capital expansion projects for Ricardo’s never made it into the official Board meeting minutes.
“Going around the Board” is not the issue here. If the Board were open and transparent about this there would be no need to inquire to the government.
