I would like to improve the open communication between the Board and it’s members. There are many questions that continue to go unanswered. For example, I as Chair along with three other members spent numerous hours on the By-Laws Review Committee which established term limits (as the Board requested) only to find that despite being passed in 2012, they were never recorded. Why not?
I want to exam the possibility of a shuttle bus to the Hi-Rises or grocery stores; Wi-Fi for everyone, everywhere on the resort without a separate charge; Remove the change room fee for members; Live stream the annual meeting for all members to observe and ask questions. I would like to study the use of the tennis courts, both at the Ambassador and main area, and restripe to include pickleball. I would also like to find other things for owners and guests to do like perhaps horseshoes and bocce for example.

It is definitely an option here in the states but, there may be some issues with the Aruban government. I think it is definitely worth exploring. You should bring this Board’s attention.
