I believe I might be done with most of this nonsense, as it is a vocal minority who is on the opposite side, and they do not have enough support or votes to change anything.
I guess here is my question. Do any members actually stay at the resort, or does everyone rent out? As from all the upset folks, it sounds like they all rent out, as for the folks who do not rent out, the fee is meaningless?
why not have some of the owners sell out and move on if they don’t like what is going on? And we need more empty rooms for the assessment in a few years. This way it wont take 3 years start to finish
wow, so much disturbance over $35. This fee will not apply to most of us on a yearly basis, and when I do rent, I will pass it along to the renters. That is the American way.

Some want membership to vote on it. That is a big waste of time, as members don’t vote
But, you as an owner can vote with your pocketbook, and sell out. That is the ultimate vote, which I wish more people would pursue
