Members are savvy enough to be able
to budget for the unit reburb and pay prior to their unit
reno.

Too many members cant even budget for inflation around here

now, this website is starting to turn into FB. A lot of wasted time, and very little marginal value being created. We have our votes in and now we have to let everything play out. Next year, there is some opportunity for some of our membership ‘experts’ to run for the BOD, and odds are, none will. They would prefer to sit and bitch on the coach, rather than take any action. And before anyone asks, I would never run for the BOD. As I would have no desire to deal with this kind of crap.
