How does the towel get there ? doesnt it have to be placed by a guest or owner at that time , or are you suggesting that if an owner or guest is not at the chickee and left unattended for a period of time , perhaps having lunch someplace or in the ocean for a long swim or at the market, or for any other understandable period of time that someone (security) is going to remove the towels and belongings ? Kinda confused with your post and even more confused by the chairmans response . What issue or problem are were talking about that is going to be addressed at next weeks meeting ? Is there any one else know what this post is about ?????? Perhaps MR Foley you could shed some light on this ? Secondly, I wasn’t aware that someone can come onto this member site and make a “formal proposal” LOL and the board take it up at a meeting ? If that’s the case I sure there are a few of us who have some ideas for changes and improvements. Either way I’m sure we re all interested and waiting for either one of you to respond with an answer !!!!Thank you

    We have signed a contract to begin necessary repairs on our East Wing section and it will be done in two phases.

    Phase 1 : Foundation Repair to our East Wing Beach Front units.

    We will begin Monday October 15th at 8:00am and continue throughout the upcoming weeks. We are anticipating a two week completion time frame for phase 1 and then we will need government approval before we can place these units back into service.

    Phase 2 : Placing of vinyl boards to help protect the building structure on our East Wing.

    Unfortunately we cannot proceed with phase 2 immediately because we need to have the approval of the local Department of Buildings and Infrastructure, D.O.W. first.

    We will inform all owners when we are ready to begin with this phase, please rest assured that your Board of Directors and Management are doing all in their power to get this phase done as soon as possible.

    Beach Update:

    At the moment only the beach on the West Wing can be used at this time. Our Maintenance Department will be standing up the existing palapas that are down due to the storm and are doing cleanup of the beach.

    No paper towels or salt & paper the rest is there.

    Kandy your right about the paper towels, we had some from previous renter, and there available in the lobby store,reasonably priced if you don t buy them at Lings.

    all the above except “salt/pepper” unless the previous guest leaves it.
