    Yes, you can do this by going to the ABC web site (https://arubabeachresort.com/) and clicking on the orange “Confirm Your Stay” button at the top of the page. From there just fill in the information requested.

    You can pay in person at the Front Desk by check, credit card or cash. Banks in Aruba have increased the correspondent bank fee from US-$5 to US-$10. Therefore, when paying with a personal check, bank check or a traveler’s check please note that you will be held responsible for the US-$10 correspondent bank fee. To avoid paying this additional fee, we suggest that you please mail your payments to the newly mentioned Lock Box Address below.

    As a result of the merge of Iberia Bank and First Horizon and taking into consideration the security breach that recently took place, we hereby would like to inform all our members who would rather send a check for their Club Dues Payments that, effective May 23, 2022 we now have a new Lock Box Address.     The Maintanence fee remained the same as last year and is due Oct 31st 2022.

    As an owner at ABC you can use any of the facilities at either resort and vice versa. As far as reserving a hut at ABC if you are staying at CDM you’re welcome to come anytime after 7 AM. I am not sure what the times for ABC people are to reserve a hut at CDM, you will have to ask them. In 2020 it was also 7 AM but this could’ve changed.

    There are no longer any Assessments. The proposed Maintenece fees for next year are the same as last year but must be voted on by the membership in the upcoming convocation. If you have not voted please do so before April 11,2022 by signing on through the payment portal at the top of the homepage of the web site. Instructions for accessing were emailed to you and are also posted in this section of the forum.

    Thank you for your interest. In the past ABC has offered the club owned weeks as rental specials, however these weeks are now being included in a special “45th Anniversary” aales promotion that will be offered starting in a few weeks. Depending on the inventory that is available by summer will dictate if rental specials will once again be offered.

    Dear Members,

    Recently we have received feedback from several members that the links used for payment of Club Dues, and/or Guest of member fee and/or Rental (Online Bookings) are not functioning correctly.

    Please note that the payment links used by the ABC are functioning correctly however, as the transaction is classified as an international payment, for security and safeguard purposes, your bank, not the ABC, might deny the transaction.

    Important information and recommendations to follow:

    • To avoid any inconveniences, notify your bank that you will be making an international charge (e- commerce or online transaction) to Aruba Beach Club Resort prior to you attempting to process your payment.
    • It is HIGHLY recommended that you use your browsers Private or Incognito windows for any financial transactions as the information entered during your session in those windows will not be saved by your browser.
    • Be extra cautious when entering your credit card’s expiration date, CVV number and zip code as it appears on your billing statement. Please pay close attention when filling in your expiration date, ONLY the 2-digit month and the last 2 digits of the year are required, please double check the CVV number and billing zip code. If any of these fields are entered incorrectly, this will cause a failed transaction.
    • Inactivity on the payment portion of the website for an extended period of time will automatically end the session creating an error message and a new session will need to be started.
    • If submission of your payment is successful, you will receive one of the following confirmations:
      1. a)  Payment receipt:
        • From: [email protected]– Indira Tromp, our financial controller
        • Subject: Aruba Beach Club Transaction Receipt
      2. b)  Online Bookings Only: Your booking is approved message containing details
        • From: [email protected]
        • Subject: The Aruba Beach Club Resort – Your booking #…. is approved
      3. c)  Guest of Members via website: Thank you for your submission message containing details

    There is no form that I can find, everything is done electronically. From the ABC homepage under “Members” drop down to Guest of Members Authorization Form and fill it out online. You will get an immediate receipt for the $35 payment and later a confirmation from reservations will be sent to both you and your renter.
