    You can find the mailing address  on your statement which is available on your portal but here are the instructions.

    You are correct 222/224 is a very unique set up. The same keys opens both doors. 222 has one queen bed, refrigerator, stove with oven, bathroom and dining area. 224 has two queen beds, refrigerator, stove with oven, bathroom and a small table. Both rooms have balconies with separate doors. The room faces Casa del Mar and you have a clear view of the ocean.

    There is no change in the by-law, it is an addition to the by-laws. you have to scroll down to the footnotes on the convocation to FOOTNOTE TO AGENDA POINT 5. I can’t post it here because this is a public area and not in the owners area.

    It is no longer required to notify the resort when you will be ariving and that you will be using your unit yourself. If you have someone using your week then you need to fill out a guest of member form.

    Yes Kris, smoking is permitted on your patio/balcony but not inside the room. There is an ashtray on the outdoor table for your convenience. Enjoy your stay at Aruba Beach Club.

    Although I could look up the amounts of the maintenance fees for the last 10 years, you would probably be better to address these questions to the Accounting Department. They would be able to help you.

    We continue to be on target to start the short wing (rooms 148/248 to 163/263), move to the tower rooms and then to the long wing , which is where rooms 118/132 are located.  As stated earlier we doubt very much that the install team will reach those rooms by week 11 & 12 but cannot guarantee that.

    A notice will be placed under the doors of those rooms that will be worked on the following day. In the event the installation team encounters delays, and to assure that we do not prematurely alert the guests that we will be working in their room It is difficult to give more than a days’ notice.

    There has been a delay in starting the cabling and work should begin shortly. The plan is to start in the short wing first, move to the Hi Rise and then the long wing. We will get their plan, that is low number rooms to higher number rooms first or vice versa and which floor they plan to begin with in each section. As soon as we get some clarity members will be advised.

    Chances are 118 & 132 won’t be affected during weeks 11 & 12, but we cannot guarantee that, as once they start they need to work systematically based on the location of the distribution /network switch points and run the cables in room order, and the time line could change based on the progress made during installation.
    Sorry we can’t be more definitive.
